I had an excellent experience with Laser Frame Body Works, especially because of Marcus and the level of communication and professionalism he provided throughout the entire process. Dealing with Allstate Insurance made an already stressful situation much more difficult than it needed to be. There were delays, limited effort, and plenty of frustration on the insurance side, but Marcus consistently kept me updated, explained what was happening, and made sure I never felt left in the dark. His communication alone made a huge difference and gave me confidence that my Lexus was in good hands. More importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding. My Lexus left Laser Frame Body Works looking better than it did when it came in. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and overall care they put into the repair exceeded my expectations. Marcus truly helped turn a difficult experience into a positive one. I highly recommend Laser Frame Body Works to anyone looking for quality body work, honest communication, and a shop that genuinely takes care of its customers. Five stars without hesitation.

I brought a 2026 BMW in for repair on the rear driver’s side door, which had been hit. Marcus was quickly able to diagnose the situation and guide me through the options with insurance. He was thoughtful, informative and went out of his way with service - even picking up and delivering the car personally, a 45 min drive away. He communicated thoroughly throughout the process. The car has a specialty color which the shop was able to replicate, painting the entire side of the car to blend the color. They worked extremely quickly and delivered the car within 4 days. The experience was extremely positive from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop.

Marc exceeded expectations in professionalism and delivered exceptional customer service. This shop truly prioritizes its clients. Not only was my car returned looking brand new and handled with great care, but Marc also went above and beyond by waiting for me to pick it up after my work shift, even though it was past operating hours, understanding that I needed to attend to my patients first.

Unfortunately, I was recently involved in a car accident, but Ameer at Laser Frame, took incredible care of both my car and me throughout the entire process. The team went above and beyond to make my car look and feel like new again. You can tell that Ameer and the owner genuinely care about their customers and take great pride in their work. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome from an unfortunate situation. I highly recommend Laser Frame to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. My car was hit on the read driver side quarter panel, and now it looks brand new. I was handled with care and dealt with professionalism at laser frame and body repair compared to a lot of other body shops I’ve been to in the past. One of the agents specifically who handled my case, Amir was a more than an outstanding help as well as reassuring me with his knowledge of the job at hand, making me feel comfortable in handling my body repair and electrical issues for my Lexus. Amir kept me updated and answered all questions with ease, and the work on the Vehicle was done of the upmost expertise, I basically have a brand new car as if I first bought it again and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Amir took pictures and kept track of the whole process and I see the clear difference in the work here at laser frame and body versus other body shops when I’ve had to have my car repaired for I’ve had this car for six years so it’s not my first or second time dealing with a body shop. Thank you Amir and Laser!
